For fully paid kittens, we offer a 70% refund if a certified veterinarian identifies a health defect within 30 days of adoption that was not disclosed in the adoption contract. A formal veterinarian’s certificate will be required for verification. Refunds will not be granted for conditions previously disclosed in the contract or for changes in personal circumstances.
